New Delhi: The slow monsoon has added to the wait for rain in many parts of the country. The monsoon has generally reached two-thirds of the country so far, but this time the monsoon has reached only 12 to 15 per cent. The slow pace of monsoon is also due to cyclone wind in the Arabian Sea. That prevented the monsoon clouds from moving forward. This is the first time in the past 12 years that the monsoon is moving at such a slow pace.
