Very shocking incident has come to light from Margherita, Tinsukia district, a father of daughters has been accused of raping a minor, prompting local locals to become outraged.
According to reports, the accused Ajgar Talukdar, son of Hill View Margherita resident Tashir Ali Talukdar, took the girl to his garage and allegedly raped her. According to the victim's relatives, Ajgar Talukdar was drunk at the time of the incident and fled the scene.
Meanwhile, a case has been registered at Margherita Police Station case number 15/2022 U/S 376(3) IPC R/W Section 4 of POCSO Act. Margherita Police sent the victim to Margherita Civil Hospital for medical check up while the accused, Ajgar Talukdar is absconding till filing of this report.
