Chili powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Semolina - 1 cup
Curd - 1 tsp
-Water - 1/2 cup
- salt to taste
-Garlic-ginger paste - 1 tsp
-Oil
Green coriander chopped - 2 tsp

How to make Coconut Shortbread - To make Coconut Shortbread, first take semolina in a vessel, add curd, salt and mix it well. Now add water little by little and knead the dough and keep it aside for half an hour. After this, take grated coconut in a vessel, add salt, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, coriander and mix it well. Now heat oil in a pan. After this, take a dough of semolina and roll it lightly and prepare the shortbread in desired shape by adding coconut stuffing to it.
