Martha Stewart has made history by being one of the cover models for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition in 2023. She is presently the publication's oldest cover model, at 81 years old.

The 81-year-old looked beautiful in one of the four covers as she smiled and said that she wore nine different bikinis throughout the eight-hour picture shoot. "When we said this year was going to be epic, we meant it," Sports Illustrated remarked on Twitter. "I'm overjoyed to be on the cover of the @SI_Swimsuit issue!" I hope this cover motivates you to take risks and explore new things. Pick up on newsstands on May 18th!" the 81-year-old tweeted, along with a photo of her cover.

The lifestyle icon said, "When I heard that I was going to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, I thought, Oh, that’s pretty good, I’m going to be the oldest person I think ever on a cover of Sports Illustrated. And I don’t think about age very much, but I thought that this is kind of historic.”

Martha Stewart rose to prominence in the 1980s as a result of her famous cookbook line. She has now written over 99 books and created her own magazine, restaurant, podcast, and television shows. Stewart presently broadcasts three Roku shows: Martha Gardens, Martha Cooks, and Martha Holidays. She also hosts The Martha Stewart Podcast, in which she interviews prominent business executives from various disciplines.
