As they grow older, man becomes weak and lacks power. Although people work out a lot before they get older, most people then distance themselves from the workout. It becomes difficult for many people to work out at an early age. There are some people for whom age would have been a problem. There are many people who beat age to make their body and personality such that the onlookers lose their senses.

Similar is the case with a 71-year-old woman living in the US who is currently making headlines on social sites because of her fitness. In fact, 71-year-old Mary Duffy is so fit and fit that good young person are easily defeated in weightlifting. Mary has become the international powerlifting champion and holds 30 state and international records. Mary, who lives in Connecticut, USA, thought of reducing her weight when she was 59 years old.

While losing weight, she liked weightlifting so much that she started doing it and to this day she does it. "I started getting serious about gym 10 years ago because I thought I had gained a lot of weight," says Mary. She said that with a little effort, I was getting good results. These results encouraged me and I was serious about the gym. Mary works out and weightlifting about 20 hours a week. Mary says ''the harder I train, the more fresh and strong I feel.'' Mary holds the world record for lifting 250 LB. Which is shocking.
