Today we are going to share with you the tasty masala uttapam recipe.

necessary ingredients :

Rice- 250 grams,
Potato - 04 (medium size, cut and peeled),
Onion- 02 (chopped),
Capsicum -- 02 (medium size),
Tomato-  03 (chopped),
Green Chili- 04 (chopped),
Coriander - 01 tbsp,
Lemon- 02 (juice extracted),
Oil - 02 teaspoons,
Cumin -02 teaspoons,
Mustard seeds - 02 teaspoons,
Turmeric powder- 01 tsp
Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves -  03 pieces,
Salt_salt - To taste

Recipe :

To make masala uttapam, first wash the rice thoroughly with water. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, fry it by adding mustard seeds, asafoetida powder, curry leaves and red chillies. After this, add potatoes, capsicum, tomatoes, turmeric and salt and add a little water and cook on medium flame. When the tomatoes are cooked, add rice to it and cook till the rice melts. Turn off the gas when the rice is cooked. Take, the method of making uttapam is completed. Now your delicious masala uttapam is ready. Just pour lemon juice and coriander leaves over it and take it out in a plate and serve it with desired sauce.
