Mathura: Hearing in Mathura's Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute case will be heard in District Court today. This hearing is to be held on the petition of Shri Krishna Virajaman. This petition has been filed seeking the ownership of 13.37 acres of land of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi. A hearing was to be held in this case on December 10, but due to the leave of the district judge, the hearing could not be held.

The court set a new date for hearing on 7 January. All the parties will file their reply in the court today. Earlier the court had issued notices to the Sunni Central Bakf Board, Shahi Idgah Masjid Mathura, Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust and Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi Seva Sansthan in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Bhumi case. The petition given in the court said that the land belongs to Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust, but in the year 1968 it was signed between Sri Krishna Janmasthan Seva Sangh and Shahi Idgah Mosque Committee, which is illegal.

The petition has rejected the agreement, removes encroachment of 13.37 acres, demanding possession of the birthplace. Not only this, the Places of Worship Act 1991 has also been challenged in this petition. After this, UP Sunni Central Waqf Board, Shahi Idgah Management Committee, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust and Shri Krishna Janmasthan Seva Sansthan were appointed as defendants in this case. At present, the hearing in the Krishna Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute case of Mathura will be heard in the court today. Everyone's eyes are fixed on what the court gives a decision on this issue.
