It is being told that since the news of the passing of a house tax notice on lord Shankar's temple spread, the employees of the municipal corporation have been avoiding speaking on the matter.

In fact, municipal official Shiv Kumar Gautam, while replying to media queries, said, "The notice has been cancelled after the order of the corporation commissioner. On the other hand, after this dispute, when the corporation officials reached the temple, they did not find any room there, after which the notice was cancelled. Let us know that the Shiva temple on which the corporation imposed house tax is actually located in Laxmi Nagar across the Yamuna in Mathura.
