2 cups milk
1 cup cream
1 cup condensed milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup mix dry fruits
1 tbsp saffron milk
2 pots
Method - For this, first put milk in a pan on medium flame and keep it for heating. Now add cream and then condensed milk and cook while stirring. After this, when the milk starts to thicken, add saffron milk and cardamom powder to it. Now when the milk is half left, add dry fruits in it and turn off the gas. After this, when the milk has cooled completely, then put the mixture in the makas and cover it with silver foil. Now keep it in the freezer for 7-8 hours. After that take out the mats from the fridge and take Matka Kulfi is ready.
