Miles Teller, the star of Maverick, recently made an appearance on The Tonight Show. starring Jimmy Fallon, who discussed his encounter with Prince William and Kate Middleton at the movie's premiere. The film's UK premiere was held in May of this year, and the recently appointed Prince and Princess of Wales came and spoke with the cast.

Given that there is a procedure for every meeting with a member of the royal family, the actor revealed to Jimmy Fallon how he breached it during their encounter. Teller spoke candidly about getting ready for his meeting with the royal couple, saying, "There’s a lot of etiquette and I had a sheet so I wouldn’t f**k it up."Recalling how it all went down, he added, "You’re not supposed to extend your hand right off the bat unless they do. But I felt the vibe, so I’m like 'I’m going in, I’m going in.”

The actor continued to express his fascination following his visit with Prince William by saying, "To their credit, they were very disarming. I was lost. Prince William’s eyes…Kate was beautiful and cordial, but with William, I don’t know, I blacked out." However, the actor remarked that Prince William might now be a "lifelong admirer" because he feels that they had a positive relationship.

Not only Tom Cruise, but Miles Teller also allegedly violated royal protocol during the Top Gun: Maverick premiere when it was claimed that the actor extended Kate his hand to assist her up the stairs in a gentlemanly gesture.
