Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) president Sharad Pawar on Wednesday attended a special dinner hosted on the eve of the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) elections and shared the dais with Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ashish Shelar. However, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde hit out at the Uddhav Thackeray faction for sharing the dais with Sharad Pawar, saying it could give some people sleepless nights.
