Lucknow: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati on Saturday expelled former minister Nakul Dubey from the party. Mayawati has expelled Nakul Dubey from BSP for his involvement in anti-party activities. Mayawati has tweeted the news of Nakul Dubey's expulsion from the party.

On Saturday, BSP chief Mayawati tweeted, "Nakul Dubey Former BSP minister has been expelled from BSP for indiscipline in the party and indulging in anti-party activities. It is worth mentioning that in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections 2022, the BSP suffered a crushing defeat. The party has only 12. 88 per cent of the votes and only one assembly seat came to his account. Mayawati's party BSP has lost three consecutive assembly elections. The party's vote bank is showing a steady decline.''

In the same situation, Mayawati is in the circle of questions about the BSP's dwindling strength in Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, Mayawati attacked the opposition parties on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar on April 14. Mayawati had said that the BSP's agitation is not going to bow down to the opposition parties and their governments, which are plagued by casteist mentality.
