The pattern of studies of students studying MBBS has changed. Apart from the changed pattern, Medical Council of India (MCI) has made it mandatory to fill the logbook. The same will update the complete information of everyday activity. Students can be fully evaluated in the logbook issued by MCI. On which day did they read which topic, what did they learn, what did they do related to that topic? What remark has been given by the subject teacher on this.

Answers to all such questions can be prepared daily. The same if talked, the subject has also been added practically. Under this, the pattern of studies has now become the focus on the case study. That is, if there is a topic attached to the heart, then a case study will be explained to the students. They will also be asked questions based on the case study. The performance of the logbook can be seen on the MCI website. This change has been implemented and students of MBBS are being emphasized on practical based studies instead of theory-based studies. Along with this, students are also being taught in the college to hold local languages and communicate better with patients.

MCI has added some new subjects for medical students, with no change in content with the course. Apart from this, the pattern of studies, practical and examination of efficiency based MBBS has also changed. MBBS studies started from this session with the foundation course. The Medical Council of India has made the logbook mandatory. This will not only evaluate the students but also the teachers in a way. Everyday activities will be included in this journal.
