He didn't understand the app, he deletes it, then the police of Sadar police station registered a case of violation of Quarantine. He came to know about the registration of the case when, when the police reached home to arrest him, police did not call and told him about the case. Now the social worker is sometimes travelling to the police station, sometimes to the civil hospital and sometimes to the DC office. No officer is ready to speak anything in the matter.

In his statement, social activist Surjit Singh said that on June 11, he attended a seminar of the Health Department in Kala Sanghia. Speakers at the seminar appealed everyone to download the Kova app on their mobiles. He also downloaded the Kova app. He also received a certificate of fitness from the Health Department in the seminar. When he reached home and tried to know the features of the app, there were only the speeches of CM Captain Amarinder Singh. He did not find the app useful, he deleted it. The next day, he received a call from the police of Sadar police station of Kapurthala that a case of breach of quarantine has been registered against you.
