For the treatment of digestive disorders such as gas-flushing or flatulence, make a mixture of two teaspoons nutmeg powder and one-fourth teaspoon ginger powder. Just before meals, take 1/8 teaspoon of this powder with lukewarm water. Drinking herbal tea by adding 3-4 small cardamom, dry ginger powder and a pinch of nutmeg is beneficial.

For the treatment of diarrhea, mix one spoon poppy seeds, two tablespoons sugar, half teaspoon cardamom and nutmeg and grind them. Drink one teaspoon of prepared powder every two hours. In the case of nausea and indigestion, mixing 3-4 drops of nutmeg oil with one teaspoon honey provides relief.

Be careful now even in drinking water, this may cause harm

Remove coughs and colds - This is an old remedy for treating colds. Drinking 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg tea in a cup of warm water is beneficial. But be careful, due to the warm nature, it is better to consume nutmeg in limited quantity (3-5 grams daily). Its excess intake can lead to problems like lack of concentration and elation. This may cause stomach pain, nausea or nervousness. Excess intake of it can cause serious problems like allergy, asthma, coma.
