New Delhi (India), May 26 (NT): Meghna Srivastava, CBSE class 12 topper who scored 499 out of 500 marks, shares her success story,  with ANI and said 'There is no secret, you just have to work hard throughout the year'. 

"There is no secret, you just have to work hard and be consistent throughout the year. I never counted the number of hours I studied. My teachers and parents have been really helpful. They never pressurised me", Meghana Srivastava, CBSE All India Class 12 topper told ANI .

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced its class 12 results on Saturday on their website http://www.cbseresults.nic.in.

This year too CBSE also give Class XII digital mark sheets in DigiLocker at https://digilocker.gov.in which can be accessed on smart phones on Android and iOS platforms.

Worth mention here A total of 11,86,306 students had taken the CBSE examination from across the country held in 4,138 centers in India and 71 centers outside the country.

At first scheduled between March 3 and April 13, the exams for class 12 were extended to April 27 when a re-examination had to be held following the economic paper leakage.

It is noted that the question papers of class XII Economics exams held on March 26 were leaked on WhatsApp due to which the re-examination of the Class XII Economics paper was held on April 25.

The date for releasing the Class 10 results is yet to be declared.

For boosting the morale of students, the post-result CBSE counseling has started from May 26 and continue till June 9 from 8 am to 10 pm on all days. For the 21st consecutive year, CBSE will provide counseling services to students and parents to rise above common psychological problems and general queries related to Class X and XII results.
