Jammu & Kashmir: Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has given a strong warning to the BJP government in context to the gang rape in Kathua. Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has pledged to make a strict law on the Kathua gangrape scandal that threatens the entire country. On Thursday night, Mehbooba Mufti tweeted that she will make such a tough law so that no one could do such a thing again. Mehbooba said tweeting that I want to assure the whole country that I will not only give justice to Asifa but also decide that the culprits, in this case, are punished like those who become a lesson. We can not let this happen with another child. We will bring a new law, in which case the minor children should be punished with at least death in the case of rape so that no other girl can be treated as hostile as Asifa.

Mehbooba Mufti also tweeted on Thursday morning that the law will do its job in this matter. The entire process is being followed in the investigation. The rapid investigation is going on and in the case, Asifa will get justice. Mohbuba Mufti had met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on this issue on Monday. Mufti, in his meeting with the Prime Minister, expressed concern over the fact that this gangrape incident has polarized in the state.
