Monday, May 30, 2016:As per the Met department forecast informed, “Heavy rains and hailstones will lash south China, where rain-triggered floods have already displaced tens of thousands of people, in the next three days.”

National Meteorological Centre said, “More rain and even hailstones are on the way for China's southwestern and southern provinces as well as regions along the Huaihe and Yangtze rivers.”

National Observatory said, “The worst of the rain will come tomorrow and Wednesday with some parts of Sichuan, Henan, Hubei, Anhui, Jiangsu and Shanghai likely to see up to 130 millimeters of precipitation”

Sunday recorded, the missing complain of six and atleast eight people were killed after heavy floods and landslides triggered by torrential rains hit two different provinces in China.

China's meteorological authority has warned the public to stay watchful for hazards.
