Mexico's fans celebration for victory over Germany causes the earthquake

In the FIFA World Cup, Mexico defeated defending champions Germany 1-0 on Sunday. In the joy of this great victory of his team, fans of Mexico reacted in such a way that there was an experience of an earthquake. It was recorded on earthquake-detecting devices.

As soon as the Mexico team scored, people began to dance and it was felt on the seismograph instrument. Two shocks were felt for 7 seconds  The fans gathered close to the famous Angel of Independents monument in Mexico City and started jumping and flipping the Mexican flags. As soon as the star player Hirving Lojano scored the goal in the 35th minute, people screamed: "We did it."

The Geological and Atmospheric Research Institute of Mexico told that at 11.32 a.m. when Lozano scored a goal against Germany, a vibration was felt in the earth, a small earthquake was felt.  Indeed, fans close to the Angel of Independents were happily chanting "Mexico, Mexico, Mexico" Because of the jumping on the ground, the earthquake-measuring sensors were activated.

Fans are now hoping that their country team will now reach the next round with 15 other teams. Fans are hoping to the team to reach the quarter-finals of the team, semi-finals and even the final.  In 1988, during the college level football match between Louisiana State University and Abern, Abern's victory in Tiger Stadium was celebrated such that the field vibrations were recorded in the seismograph. In 2016, fans of Leicester City also celebrated the victory over Norwich in a way that tremors were felt.
