Indian automobile company MG Motor India recently launched its first electric car MG ZS EV in India. It sold 158 units in the first month of launch. So far 3,000 bookings have been made of this car. Let me tell you, this figure is quite good for an electric car. This car has many special features and design that makes it extremely stylish even when it is an electric car.

Talking about this electric SUV, the ZS EV has a 44.5 kWh battery pack. Once full charged, this electric SUV will run for 340 kilometres. This lithium-ion battery can be charged 80% in 40 minutes with a 50 kW DC charger, while charging with a standard 7.4 kW charger will take about 7 hours. The company will also provide a 7.4 kWh charger with this electric SUV. The MG electric motor generates 141 bhp power and 353 Nm peak torque. The company claims that the ZS EV will achieve 0-100 km / h speed in just 8 seconds. Its battery is water and dust proof. The company has said that the ZS EV has been tested more than 1 lakh km in India. The ZS EV has a wide chrome grille at the front, projector headlamps and LED taillamps at the rear. The cabin of the SUV is in black color. Silver elements are provided on the dashboard and door pads. The car has an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Apart from this, it has features like flat-bottom steering wheel, USB mobile charging in front and rear, Bluetooth connectivity, rear view camera, sunroof, I Smart EV 2.0 connected car technology and air purifiers. The excise variant of this zero-emission car has been priced at Rs 20,88,000. At the same time, the price of the exclusive variant has been kept at Rs 23,58,000. It is the company's first electric car in India.
