The Home Ministry has given new guidelines regarding Unlock-3 on Wednesday. These new guidelines which have been released are going to be implemented from August 1. This time also no concession has been given regarding the Containment Zone. The decision has been taken to further relax the areas outside the Containment Zone in a phased manner.
A lot of major changes are going to take place under Unlock-3 starting from August 1. Today we are going to tell you about them.
This restriction was removed in Unlock-3.
- In Unlock-3, the ban on movement of persons during night curfew has been lifted.
- In Unlock-3, Yoga institutions and gyms have been allowed to open from August 5, 2020. Simultaneously, the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) will be issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) to maintain social distance to prevent the spread of corona.
- Independence Day celebrations can be celebrated by following social distance in Unlock-3. Apart from this, the health protocol will also have to be maintained.
- According to Vande Bharat Mission in Unlock-3, international air travel of passengers has also been allowed in a limited way.
- There will be no restriction on carrying and transporting persons and goods inside and outside the state in Unlock-3. No permission, approval, or e-permit will be required for this.
What will be banned -
- In Unlock-3, it is mandatory to keep schools, colleges and coaching institutes closed till August 31, 2020.
- Metro Rail, Cinema Hall, Swimming Pool, Amusement Park, Theater, Bar, Auditorium, Assembly Hall will all be closed in Unlock-3.
- Unlock-3 will prohibit social, political, sports, entertainment, educational, cultural, religious work, and other major programs.
- Unlock-3 will have a strict lockdown in the Containment Zone by 31 August 2020.
- In Unlock-3, the activities in the Containment Zone will be monitored strictly by the State and Union Territory authorities. The guidelines related to prevention measures will be strictly implemented in these areas.
- Unlocked-3 stay at home, leaving vulnerable persons, ie people over 65 years of age, people with co-morbidities, pregnant women, and children below 10 years to meet essential needs and for health purposes.
