Mi Band5 will be introduced in the country on 29 September 2020 by Chinese Company Xiaomi. Xiaomi's India head Manu Kumar Jain has shared a post on Twitter, announcing the launch ceremony date 29 September 2020. According to some reports, the company can launch Intelligence of Things (IoT) based products in the Indian market on September 29 at 12 noon.

However, which product will be produced on this day, the company has not given any information about this at this time. However, it is expected that the products that will be launched by Xiaomi on 29 September 2020 will include Smart Bulb, Soap Dispenser and Shoes in addition to Mi Band 5. The Mi Band 5 has been launched globally including China. In China, the non-NFC variants of Mi Band 5 have been introduced at 189 yuan (about Rs 2,000) and NFC variants for 229 yuan (about Rs 2,500).

Mi Band 5 can be launched in the country for around Rs 2,499. The price of Mi Band 4 in the country is Rs. 2,299. Xiaomi Mi Band 5 can have a 1.1 inch AMOLED display. It comes in Black, Green, Yellow and Red colours. According to Xiaomi, the Mi Band 5 can be used for up to 14 days on a single charge. There will be a fitness tracker, heart rate sensor. Mi Band 5 will show notifications as well as music.
