The former "Hannah Montana" star, Miley Cyrus recently took back her apology for a photo in Vanity Fair held in 2008. The singer-actor Miley Cyrus has come into focus, 10 years back, due to her nude photoshoot, on which some said that it was too suggestive for a 15-year-old.

On Sunday, Cyrus tweeted on her official Twitter page with a screenshot of The New York Post’s cover at the time. In her tweet she wrote, “IM NOT SORRY F*** YOU #10yearsago.”

During that time the photo was taken by the photographer Annie Leibovitz. She was a distinguished celebrity photographer whose edgelike, silver-toned pictures have included subjects such as Angelina Jolie, Scarlett Johansson, and a naked, pregnant Demi Moore.

During that period of time, Miley Cyrus said in a statement that she "took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed."

Leading to Miley Cyrus apology, Leibovitz also apologised by saying that "sorry that my portrait of Miley has been misinterpreted."

Annie Leibovitz further added, "Miley and I looked at fashion photographs together and we discussed the picture in that context before we shot it. The photograph is a simple, classic portrait, shot with very little makeup, and I think it is very beautiful,".

The Disney Channel, who was airing the famous "Hannah Montana" Tv show was also critical of Vanity Fair.
