The only hint that marriage was likely to happen, was their engagement rings. The couple got married on April 22, 2018 in Alibaug, in the presence of family members and close friends from the industry. This was followed by their dreamy waterfall, barefoot wedding on July 11, 2018, at Santiago de Compostela, Spain.

On February 19, 2019, Ankita took to Instagram and posting a nerdy picture of Milind Soman, wrote a heartfelt poem for him. Sharing how blessed she is to have him and how proud is she of him, Ankita wrote, “Just 2 years ago, on this very day, you became an Ultraman!! You are a true inspiration, my love. A deserving existence in the universe. With such ease you Swam 10kms, Cycled 423kms and Ran 84 kms, tested your endurance hours after hours. Perhaps it’s the endurance that taught you to be so humble, so patient, so kind, so wise, so realistic, so loving. I learn from you, everyday and there’s not a single moment that I don’t thank the universe for the man you turned out to be. There’s no darkness in you, you are that ever glowing content light, which glows from within. You are a blessing! May you shine brighter everyday and spread light over as many lives as you can.”
