Ingredients for making Milk Cake-

2 liter milk
1/2 tsp ghee
250 grams sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 lemon

Method of making milk cake- First of all, take a pan and put milk in it and keep it on the gas. Now cook the milk. Keep in mind keep stirring continuously with a ladle or else your milk will burn. After that keep cooking the milk on low flame. When milk comes to a boil, slow down the gas and cook for some time, when your milk remains a little, then add lemon juice to it, it will make your milk grainy. Now cook the milk again for some time. While cooking milk on the gas, put sugar in it and keep cooking.

Cook until you feel that your milk is ready to freeze. After that, the color of the milk will start to become light brown and the aroma will also start coming, add cardamom to this mixture and mix. Your mixture is ready. Switch off the gas. After this, take a bowl and grease it with light ghee. Now put the prepared milk mixture in it and keep it to freeze. At the same time, after a few hours your milk cake will freeze. Put a knife in the side and see whether the milk cake is frozen or not. If it is frozen, turn it upside down on a plate and cut the pieces of milk cake with the help of a knife.
