In which he can be heard speaking that now there is an app through which rainfall can be reduced or increased anywhere. He is soon going to make a presentation of the app to the Central Government. If approved by the Central Government, the app will prove to be a boon for many states. As soon as the minister's statement went viral on social media, there was a queue of reactions. This unscientific claim of the Minister has been ridiculed by most of the people.
