According to reports, Ramdarash Tiwari (65), a resident of Sulsaini village in Sarai Akil police station area of Kaushambi district, lived as a baba in a room in the Hanuman temple complex in Gyanpur city and on Wednesday, he lured a 7-year-old boy, a resident of the old market, to give kite.
