Bengaluru: In an appaling case, After, the doctors found a minor girl pregnant in a local primary health care centre during a health checkup for school students in Vittal village of Karnataka. According to the source, the victim was allegedly impregnated by her minor brother.

According to the report,  After the healthcare centre doctors noticed changes, the girl was immediately sent for tests. These tests were conducted in Lady Goschen medical hospital, Mangaluru where the doctors declared that she was four months pregnant. The report further mentioned that the school teachers immediately informed the local police about the incident and the girl's family was informed as well.

The girl revealed that her 17-year-old brother sexually assaulted her. However, the police have booked the minor and he has been sent to centre under the Juvenile Justice Board. The police are investigating the case through different angles.
