A shocking incident comes to light where a 14-year-old kidnaps her and repeatedly raped her. The incident is reported from Uttar Pradesh's Ballia district on Wednesday.

As of now the accused was arrested for the alleged kidnapping and raping a girl  at Gadwar police station limits of Uttar Pradesh's Ballia district on Wednesday. According to the information, The victim was kept captive by the accused for almost a month. The accused allegedly kidnapped her from their village on December 20 last year.  According to the officials, the cops were searching for the girl since December after her family filed a missing complaint.

After investigating the issue for and searching for the accused and victim. The investigation team finally managed to locate the accused and rescue the girl on Wednesday. When the 14year old victim was asked about the details of captivity, it become clear that she was sexually assaulted by the 30-year-old man.

The victim in her police statement accused the man of raping her repeatedly for days while keeping her detained at a house in Ballia city. As per the official It was from this house that the cops managed to free the girl and arrested the kidnapper. The victim was then sent to the district hospital for a medical examination. Based on the minor girl's statement, sections of rape, assault and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act were added to the FIR against the man. As of now Police are looking into  the matter and further investigation is going on in the issue.
