The increasing cases of crime are surprising everyone. The matter that has come up recently is of Yamunanagar where a person living in the neighbourhood has raped an innocent 6-year-old girl. According to reports, the girl has been admitted to the hospital in a very serious condition. According to the sources, the police have now taken the accused into custody.
Within 12 hours of the incident, the police have arrested the rape accused. This case is from Yamunanagar, Haryana where a predator has carried out this scandalous incident. The sources added that the girl used to call him uncle. It is being told that the accused has carried out the incident by taking the girl to the bathroom. According to the information received, on the day of the incident, the girl's mother went to work in the morning, when she returned in the evening, she found her child crying.
On the complaint of the girl's mother, the police have filed a case against the accused neighbour under the POSCO Act. In this case, SHO Somvati, Women Police, Yamunanagar says that "Late night it was reported from the control room that a young girl had been raped in the village Todarpur. According to POSCO Act, 376 AB on the complaint of the girl's mother at night and 506 I.P.C a lawsuit has been filed."
