Recently, a case of crime has come to light from Noida in Uttar Pradesh. In the case, a 13-year-old minor girl was abducted late Thursday evening by two miscreants riding a car from Sector-51 of Noida Sector-49 police station area, after which the accused hurled the girl into the park on Friday morning after the gang rape. Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. The case is being reported at 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
According to reports, the accused abducted a minor girl from Hoshiarpur village in the evening and escaped at 6 a.m. in a park in Sector-51. According to information received in the case, the family members of the victim have charged the two accused with gang rape and the family members of the victim are alleged to have not taken any action so far despite the police giving their information late in the night.
Police said, an FIR has been lodged against the family members of the victim and an inquiry has been initiated. "When I arrived at my house in the evening on duty, my wife told me that the daughter was forcibly taken away by some people who had been abducted by the police when I went to the police station and reported that they did not listen to me. Then, around 2 p.m., the police said, complaining about the missing and giving him a photo. Then in the morning, my daughter was thrown into the park in Sector-51. When I asked my daughter, she told me that I had been raped by three men and she came in a red car and threw it here," she said.
On the night of July 17, Chhotu Chauhan, a resident of Hoshiarpur in Thana 49 area, had complained about his daughter's disappearance and after hearing her complaint, the police officer had filed a case under Section 363 and 366 at the police station 49. was entered.
