Kochi: A shocking case has recently come to light from Kerala. Whoever heard about the case lost consciousness. The case is said to be from the Kochi district. In fact, here a rape victim flushed her premature baby into a commode. You may have lost your senses on hearing this but it is true. The girl reportedly flushed the child in the toilet of a private hospital. Talking about the whole case, a 20-year-old accused allegedly raped a minor and she became pregnant after being raped. Police arrested the accused from the Wayanad district of Kerala last Thursday.

From here the police came to Kochi with the accused and he will be produced before the magistrate court soon. In the case, police said, the entire case came to light last Wednesday when the minor rape victim along with her mother went to a private hospital for investigation. When she went to the toilet in the hospital, she gave birth to the baby, and then she flushed the foetus into the commode instead of telling the doctor and the hospital staff. On the other hand, after the young woman came out of the toilet, the one who went to the toilet saw the remains of the fetus in the toilet and informed the police.

Then when the police team reached the spot, it was found that it was the girl who flushed the newborn into the toilet. After all this, the police officer inquired, and during interrogation, the girl admitted that she was having an affair with the accused, though later based on the complaint of the victim's mother, the police registered a case under POCSO against the accused. Now, it has also been reported in this case that the minor had not told anyone about her relationship and being pregnant. She was pregnant for about 6 months.
