A guy is accused of repeatedly raping a 13-year-old girl with disabilities in the Pune district's Indapur taluka before the girl became pregnant. A pupil in Class 6 is the alleged victim of multiple rapes that occurred between November 2021 and April 2022. After her pregnancy was discovered during a medical exam, the situation came to light.

A case against three suspects, including a lady, has been filed by the police. The two other suspects are still at large, despite the arrest of the accused Shubhangi Amol Kuchekar. The event occurred at the Walchandnagar police station in the Pune district's Indapur taluka.

The victim is both mentally ill and differently-abled, according to the authorities. Because of her condition, the accused woman used to ride her to a sugarcane field where Anil Nalawade, another accused, would rape her. Between November 2021 and April 2022, the victim is said to have been the victim of many rapes.

The situation came to light after the little girl became pregnant, which led to her mother filing a police report. The accused woman was detained right away by Baramati DYSP Ganesh Ingle, while the other two suspects are still at large.

Cops filed a case against three suspects, including a lady, under the appropriate sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the POCSO Act based on the complaint. While the other two suspects are still at large, the accused Shubhangi Amol Kuchekar has been taken into custody. According to authorities, a manhunt has been started to find the two suspects.
