2 cups (soaked one hour ago) rice
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp mint leaf paste
A few drops of lemon juice
2 tbsp oil

Method of making mint rice- To make mint rice, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds in it. Now add onions to it and fry till it turns pink. After this, add onion and mint paste and mix and after running for some time, add 3 cups of water. Now let it boil for a while, add lemon juice to it, cover the pan and let it cook on a low flame. In about 10 minutes, the rice will be cooked and ready and now you serve it with curd.
