In a literary triumph, Mir Aakash, a promising young author hailing from Lolab Valley, has recently unveiled the second half of his book titled "ELYSIUM: A State of Ideal Happiness." A psychology honours student, Aakash is celebrated for his profound admiration of nature, reflected in his poetry and writings.

In an exclusive interview, Aakash shared the inspiration behind his book, shedding light on his journey from composing poems, quotes, and articles to crafting a captivating narrative in "ELYSIUM."

What motivated you to write this book?

Aakash revealed that the idea for "ELYSIUM" had been brewing within him for a considerable time. "It was with me from a long time of writing poems, quotes, and articles, and then by good fortune, I got an easy and relaxing break," he stated. "I decided to write this book as this story was always up in my head; I think it was also waiting for that healthy break out of all that stress."

How has the experience of publishing your book and receiving praise impacted your life?

Describing the writing experience as positive and not overly traumatic, Aakash expressed gratitude to Lieper Publications for their assistance and support. He highlighted a pivotal moment when he stumbled upon a post by Lieper Publications that read, "YOU WRITE, WE HANDLE THE REST," finding it harmonious and tranquilizing."For sure, it has changed many things in my life which I could have just imagined," Aakash admitted, hinting at the transformative power of his literary success.

What advice do you have for the current generation?

When asked about the counsel he would impart to today's youth, Aakash responded thoughtfully. "Be true, be yourself, take care of your physical as well as mental health. Stay away from toxic groups, be kind," he advised. He emphasized the importance of spreading love, respecting each other's dignity, and creating a positive and compacted environment where individuals can enjoy their own company. Aakash's words of wisdom continued, "Always be passionate about your aim but remember to have passions. When you are demotivated or sufficiently motivated, have that grin on your face and, in any case, a heart to forgive."
