Bollywood's well-known filmmaker Meera Nair has started shooting for a series based on Vikram Seth's novel 'A Suitable Boy' in Lucknow on Saturday and Tabu, Ishaan Khattar and newcomer Tanya Manikatla Khas will be seen in the series.
Tanya will be seen in the lead role in this project adapted by Andrew Davis. Nair, Seth and Davis are originally behind the making of 'A Suitable Boy', who recently started rehearsals in Mumbai with the show's cast and also read the script.
Nair went on to say, "Everybody involved with this project is extremely talented, Vikram Seth who is the author of this book which I have loved since the day it was written, while Andrew Davis who narrated the stories. There are great craftsmen to convert it into scripts, new artists, newcomers, veteran actors from all over the country have come together to make this film. The movie will be released next year. Currently, fans are eagerly waiting for this.
