Today we have bought your recipe of vada recipe. Many people call it by different names like Mirchi Bada, Bhajia, Bhajji, Bonda, Pakora etc. Similarly, Mirchi Vada is also made in many ways. But today we will tell you the chili bhaji with paneer. When you break it, the paneer will come out from the middle. You can eat it anytime at breakfast, in breakfast or with a cup of tea.

necessary ingredients:-

For Bhaji: -

Large Chili: 4
Oil: For Frying

To fill: -

Boiled potatoes: 2
Garlic Ginger Paste: 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Asafoetida: 1/4 teaspoon
Salt: Flavor recommendations
Green Chili: 1
Coriander leaves:
Mozzarella cheese: 50 grams

For gram flour solution: -

Gram Flour: 100 grams
Cumin: - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Salt: 1/5 teaspoon
Water

Recipe:-

First peel the boiled potatoes and smash them. Then add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, green chillies, coriander leaves and a little salt. Then mix it well and on one side Keep it. Then cut the chili from the middle and remove all the seeds inside it. Then put a little bit of potato mixer in it and spread it all around. Then put a small piece of cheese inside it. Then add the potato mixture and fill it well. Then take gram flour in another bowl and add a little salt, cumin, turmeric and a little chili powder to it. Then add some water to it and make a batter. Then heat the oil on the gas and then dip the stuffed chillies in the gram flour solution and pour it into the oil. When they fry and turn light brown, remove them on tissue paper so that whatever extra oil is there, they get removed. Our Mirchi Bhaji is ready serve it hot.
