In fact, Aryan Khan's bail plea was rejected by the Special Court last Wednesday. Aryan's lawyer then filed a petition in the high court. It will now come up for hearing on October 26. According to the information received, Aryan Khan's petition says, "WhatsApp chats are being misinterpreted by the NCB to trap him. It is absolutely wrong and unfair, it should not be done to anyone.'' Not only that, but the petition also said on behalf of Aryan Khan, "NCB did not get any drugs from him. He knows no one but Achit Kumar and Arbaaz Merchant. They have nothing to do with any other accused.''
