GES which is organized today as Newly-crowned Miss World Manushi Chhillar, stars woman cricketer of India Mithali Raj and ace tennis player Sania Mirza will be among the speakers at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES), beginning here on November 28. The summit, on the theme of ‘Women First, Prosperity for All’, will be kick off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Special appearance by US President Donald Trump’s daughter and advisor Ivanka Trump will lead a delegation from her country at the three-day event. Popular Telugu actor Ram Charan Teja and Bollywood actor Aditi Rao Hydari will also speak at the event, according to the organizers. Manushi Chhillar and actor Sonam Kapoor will speak in a session on ‘The Female Influence: Advancing Women’s Opportunities in the Media Industry’.
Mithali Raj, Sania Mirza and Indian badminton team’s chief national coach P Gopichand will speak at a session on ‘The Business of Winning at Sports Entrepreneurship’, on November 29. NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant will participate in a session on ‘The City that Never Sleeps: Cities of Tomorrow’. A senior official in the Telangana government had earlier said that two famous personality actor Deepika Padukone and cricketer M S Dhoni withdrew their participation from the summit. Over 1,500 delegates, including entrepreneurs and investors, CEOs of major knowledge-based industries, representing the full measure of entrepreneurial talent from diverse backgrounds across the world, are expected to attend the summit.
Ivanka Trump will address the inaugural session along with Prime Minister Modi, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao John Chambers, Chairman Emeritus, Cisco .Apart from them Event will see the participation of Sibongile Sambo, Managing Director of SRS Aviation and SRS Petroleum and Marcus Wallenberg, the Chairman of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB).Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will also mark their presence in the summit
