Bhopal: Sensation prevailed in the area after a body of  27-year-old woman was found at Lower Lake in the morning on Thursday, woman went missing from April 5; Talaiya police have started investigation.

 After the body was spotted by divers they informed the police and on the receipt a police team reached the spot and started an investigation. The body was fished out of the deceased identified as Mini Taran of Shanti Nagar. Police said that the body is found in partially decomposed state and possibly she died or was killed on the day she went missing but at the moment it is not possible to ascertain how she was killed or died.

The deceased went missing on April 5 and later missing complaint was lodged by family. It would also be investigated that the deceased died on the spot or she was dumped.

After the preliminary investigation, the body was sent for the post mortem. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC of the IPC and started further investigation. The family members would be questioned in the investigation.
