Today is the birthday of Mithun Chakraborty, who has become a disco dancer in Bollywood. Mithun Chakraborty has ruled everyone's hearts with his work but he has also been in the news for his personal life. Mithun Chakraborty's name was associated with Sridevi. The two are said to have secretly married but the two never got married in front of the world. It was in the 80s. Sridevi had become the most famous actor in Hindi cinema in those days and Mithun fell madly in love with her. The two were signed in the film 'Jaag Utha Insan' and after the same film both of them were in love with each other.

Mithun's name is also associated with co-stars Ranjita, Yogita Bali, Sarika and many actresses. However, his relationship with Sridevi made the most headlines. Mithun is said to have been married to Yogita Bali when she fell in love with Sridevi and even after getting married, he secretly married Sridevi after falling in love with her. As soon as Yogita came to know about it, there was a lot of uproar. It is said that in view of the growing closeness between Mithun-Sridevi, Yogita once threatened Mithun that she would commit suicide if she did not separate from Sridevi.

Mithun parted ways with Sridevi on this. Today, Mithun-Yogita has three sons and one daughter. Mithun Chakraborty is said to have been a hardcore naxalite before appearing in films but decided to enter the industry in view of the family's difficulties.
