Indian Railways gets Cabinet nod, approved these two railway projects

The Narendra Modi government has allowed two railway projects. The cabinet meeting was chaired by PM Narendra Modi. Talking to reporters after the meeting, Union Minister Anurag Thakur said that doubling of Ratlam railway line has been allowed. This is a 133 km long route. He said Neemuch and Ratlam lines are still single lines. Doubling of the lane has been allowed. People in and around Chittor will be benefited.

On the other hand, 111 km line of Rajkot and Kanas in Gujarat has also been allowed for doubling. The work will be completed in three years. At the same time, PM Poshan Shakti Nirman Yojana has been approved. Under this, mid-day meal will be provided to children studying in Government and Government aided schools. It will cost more than one lakh crore rupees. The Modi government has decided that the mid-day meal scheme will expand.

The scheme will now be launched from nursery instead of first class. Its new name will be PM Poshan Shakti Nirman Yojana. There will be more emphasis on nutrition. There will be a new scheme for children from nursery to class VIII. After the Cabinet meeting, Union Minister Piyush Goyal informed that 185 billion dollars have been exported till 21st September (from 1st April), which is a record. At the same time, he said, there are rumours that duties on apple imports from China have been reduced. No such decision has been taken. It is completely baseless. It seems that some people have only the business of spreading rumours.
