Kolkata: To tackle the problem of infiltration from international borders, India is now going to equip its borders with steel fence system. It has started as a pilot project along the border in Bangladesh in Silchar, Assam. The steel fence which is to be placed on the border will not have any effect of external weather on the fence and it will not be cut.

Modern fencing has been installed in Silchar, Assam. This smart project has been started to protect India's borders. Agencies fencing new ways on the border say that it cannot be cut easily. It is made from steel. At the time of fencing, fencing has to be done in two ways, but in new fencing, single fencing is being done.

Being made of steel, the entire structure is so strong that it cannot be cut with any sharp weapon. Along with this, it will be able to withstand all types of heat, rain and cold. As a pilot project, it is currently being planted on the India and Bangladesh borders in Silchar, Assam. After this, the Modi government has a plan to put it on all the borders of the country.
