The Minister of Modi Government has clearly written in the Lok Sabha that at present no decision has been taken to implement NRC across the country. In a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha today, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityananda Roy said that so far the government has not taken any decision to prepare the National Citizenship Register (NRC) at the national level.
