Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President Amit Shah will hold a marathon meeting on Tuesday with Chief Ministers, Deputy Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers of the State ruled states. In this meeting, there will be a detailed discussion on the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in addition to the status of implementation of central schemes in different states. These will be discussed separately on those three states, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan, where assembly elections are to be held later this year.

This meeting will last until late in the evening. The meeting will be started by Speaker Shah's speech and by the end of PM Modi's guidance speech. Meanwhile, the state-wise current political situation will also be reviewed in many sessions.

Party sources said that the preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections will be discussed in the meeting. The Chief Ministers will also be given the responsibility to pursue the discussion in one of their respective states on one election.

In the monsoon session of Parliament, the government has been able to pass the bill regarding constitutional status to the OBC Commission and the implementation of the SC-ST Act in its original form. The BJP's plan is now to make wide publicity of this decision among OBCs and Dalits in all the states. A comprehensive strategy to take credit for these two bills will be prepared in the meeting. Further action plans in this regard are likely to be stamped in the meeting.
