Lucknow: The issue of Love Jihad has once again been capped in the headlines. Uttar Pradesh Yogi Government Minister Mohsin Raza has said that love jihad is being spread under a conspiracy. He also said that religious change is being promoted under the guise of love jihad. Mohsin Raza, a minister in the Yogi Cabinet, alleged that there was a conspiracy behind love jihad and conversion.

Mohsin Raza said that such incidents have increased in UP, where naïve girls are being hunted. Minister Mohsin Raza accused the student's Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) and the Popular Front of India (PFI) of being behind the conspiracy. He said the government will take action soon to prevent such incidents. Mohsin Raza said most of the victims are from the Hindu society. The security agencies are vigilant and if required, the law will also be enacted.

The Yogi Cabinet's Muslim minister Mohsin Raza also said that if a law on love jihad and conversion is enacted, we will welcome it. Mohsin Raza's statement comes at a time when it is discussed that the Yogi government can bring an ordinance to check the growing incidents of love jihad and conversion.
