Actress Rupali Ganguly, who played Monisha in the comedy show, is also upset after AAatish Kapadia, author of 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai'. The reason for this outrage is the unofficial Pakistani version of the show recently surfaced. An informal remake of the show has been made in Pakistan after a clip was revealed that its author Aatish Kapadia openly expressed his displeasure.
After this, now the show's actress Rupali Ganguly has also called this Pakistani copycat a 'dishonesty' of the actual show. Rupali played the role of Monisha Sarabhai in 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai'. In these days she is seen playing the lead character in the serial 'Anupama'. In an interview, she said, 'This is very low level as they have copied the entire frame of the show. I know that copying can be done, but this type of copying is dishonourable. This show with bad dialogues, sets and characters is a very useless copy. '
A few days ago, the show's writer Aatish Kapadia called the show a copyright copy of his show along with copyright infringement. Aatish wrote on his social media, 'I received a forward video link in the morning, I opened and saw that an unofficial remake of our show 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai' has been made, which is word to word and frame to frame copied.'
