Monsoon hits several parts of Madhya Pradesh including Indore-Khandwa

Bhopal: After the monsoon knocks in other parts of the state including Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, the impact of heat has been low since Tuesday morning, but still remains humid in many areas. The Met department has predicted rain in other parts of the state during the next 24 hours. The monsoon has knocked over The province, causing severe cloudiness in Khandwa, Indore, Ratlam and other areas during the past 24 hours.

Several other areas remained cloudy, bringing down the temperature. On Sunday also, there was heavy rain in Rewa, Satna, Maihar, which brought a sigh of relief to the people. Though the sky has been clear and sunny in most parts of the state since Tuesday morning, the pricks are low but the effect of humid conditions continues. The rain and cloud cover on Monday and Sunday have also brought down the temperature. The Met Office forecast that, in the next 24 hours, rain may occur in many areas of the state.

In Uttar Pradesh, the rain in the past 24 hours has brought down the temperature. On Tuesday, Bhopal recorded a minimum temperature of 25.2, Indore 21.8, Gwalior 27.2 and Jabalpur with a minimum temperature of 28.8 degrees Celsius. On Monday, Bhopal recorded a maximum temperature of 39.1, Indore 35.4, Gwalior 39 and Jabalpur with a maximum temperature of 36 degrees Celsius.
