2 radishes
2 green chillies finely chopped

Ingredients for dough kneading

3 cups wheat flour
1/2 tsp celery
1/2 tsp salt
Ghee or butter (to bake melted paratha)


Method - For this, first add celery, salt and water to the flour in a bowl and knead the dough. Keep in mind that the dough is neither too hard nor too soft. Now peel and wash the radish and then grate it. Squeeze the grated radish thoroughly by pressing it with both hands. Now add green chillies, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, green coriander and salt to the radish and mix. Then make a dough and roll it into a small whole roll, place a radish mixture in the middle and turn the whole around and close the mixture in it and then make a dough. Now then roll this dough and make paratha. Then heat the pan on the gas and then add a little ghee to the hot pan. Then add paratha to it and bake on medium heat. Now then add ghee with a spoon on the top of the paratha and turn it over and bake from the other side as well. Bake all the parathas in this way. And your radish parathas are ready.
