This is the hottest day of April on record in 12 years. Now a yellow alert has been issued in Delhi regarding heat wave. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), not only Delhi, many states of the country are yet to get any relief from the scorching heat.

Alert has been issued for five states due to fireballs falling from the sky. The Meteorological Department has put five states of the country on high alert. In Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Orissa, including Delhi, an alert has been issued regarding heat and heat. People in these states will have to deal with the scorching heat even further. In most of the north-west states, the situation has been predicted to go from bad to worse in the coming days, to rise to 2 degree Celsius and above.

According to meteorologists, people have been warned to leave the house only when absolutely necessary.
